Anyone getting in where they see fit during game time is still ok. Honestly it's still encouraged. As long as you have a decent idea of agenda. Thankfully I havent seen too much of a problem with that lately but anyone engaging in upstaging will be dealt with. Why you suddenly thought that was ok is still perplexing.

The guy needs to stop allowing people make him their bitch. He can’t defend himself at home. He lives in the basement. Sleeps on an air mattress on the concrete floor with a flannel blanket - full of holes. His only diversion is a 32 inch tv & a Nintendo 64 (FIFA and Tiger Woods Golf 09.). He has created an environment at the office where instead of telling his assistant that she ordered the wrong CPK pie for lunch - he cowers at the sound of her stilettos hitting the copy room floor. Life is not good for him. He needs the extra validation.
