Just thought Id share. Putting aside their software which imo leans suck out, this is a payment/refund story.

Last week I accidentally bought the $750 option and did not realize there was no "free" sweeps cash associated with that option. btw if anyone knows why they do this on the $750 buy option lmk, odd.

Any way I emailed support and their replies were FAST, like minutes to hour+. Understood my situation no fighting me and within 2 days refunded my paypal with no fee loss. Simply stated as a player I wanted the free sweeps cash obviously and not just Gold coins, they clearly understand this.

I was impressed.

I mean, if we skip how horrid the RNG can be, you still land on how awful the software is. I had adblock turned off for this site to pop up tables and of course when I registered a tournament it never fucking popped it up. So I had to go through pages and pages of players to find my name and table!

The sounds suck, the animation suck, the avatars suck, resizing the table sucks etc etc etc. half the time the hand history doesn't work. also seems like nobody plays sngs on here and they don't even offer husngs?

just a lot of fail all around with this pile of fuck.

I was more focused on the quick and honest service more so than the down sides, which as we all see are many.
