I've actually given this a fair amount of thought, and happen to have some insider information about the real reasons behind his departure.

Is he an annoying little shit ? absolutely. Does he have rage issues ? sure

But part of me actually respects his fearless 'fuck the world' attitude, and his willingness to put himself out there for the community.

As I know from personal experience, members here can be relentlessly cruel, so if you expect to survive in these shark infested waters, you better bring your 'A' game, and be fairly thick skinned.

I believe that Larry wants to be included in this community, and he certainly made his presense known with a vengeance.

But I question whether or not he has the mental fortitude to survive the inevitable onslaught of trolling and verbal abuse.

He seems to be quick on the trigger to lash out with knee jerk personal attacks and/or threats whenever he gets ripped on....but I suppose that's par for the course given the fact he's very short, and most likely adopted his attitude a long time ago IRL to counter criticism and insults.

I've given him a fair amount of shit, but I actually like Larry, and rooting for him. I don't wish any ill-will on him at all. IMO he just needs to tone down the hostility a little bit.

But he also needs to be prepared for merciless assfuckings if he ever expects to competitively duke it out on the pages of PFA

Hmmm... This comment stirred me to post a thought I had earlier when first reading the OP...

The history of Tyde's participation on PFA in recent years seems to follow a cycle:

After getting banned for repeatedly shitting on Druff, Marty...
(1) Sobers up and gets unbanned,
(2) Usually posts an epic story or two that everyone loves reading, winning much praise from the community,
(3) Starts drinking again and becomes beligerent towards Druff in an unprovoked manner,
(4) Reacts badly to Druff's admonishing him to chilll and behave by drunkenly escalating his attacks on Druff, and
(5) Is banned by Druff.

With this apparent cycle in mind, anyone want to do an over/under on how soon we hit (5) this time around?
