Bisping has KO power for about 2 or 3 minutes then settles into a tempo and, as pointed out, resorts to pitter patter volume.
The only Bisping KO in something like 7 years was against Luke R who was too busy mentally spending his purse money to act like he was in a fight and caught one to the button.
95% of my money on this fight will go to "ends by decision", with 5% on Bisping rd1 KO because really, who knows how good GSPs beard is these days.

If Chael Sonnen can take Bisping down & keep him down GSP can too.
GSP by 5 round decision 50-45 across the board.

All GSP really needs is 3 takedowns spread across 5 rounds.
thing is, gsp went to a split decision with hendricks, and hendricks threw as many punches in that fight as bisping does in one round.
i love seeing bisping lose as much as any man alive but really, who fucking knows what the new rules are going to make of the scorecards.

another fun fact, gsp's face tends to get roughed up pretty easily. and those sorts of optics do tend to sway judges.

The rules have changed a lot but I agree that gsp may be one of the only people alive who can keep Bisping down.
That said, do you really want to put money on that?
