It looks like it might be simply skin folds from the "turkey neck" older people develop. In the dead photo his neck is stretched all the way back.

"he had taken the lives of at least 59 people and wounded another 527."

I am surprised Dan let this video go public given the guy filming him most likely works for him. It makes him looks like the biggest moron on the planet.

He didn't just let it go public.

This was clearly his idea.

He first filmed himself running away, forgetting (in the heat of the moment) that it would contradict his "tough guy who loves guns" Instagram image which he cultivated for years.

Preserving that image was so important that risked his life by hiring some guy to follow him with a camera as he ran back into the shooting scene, and then ended up getting in the way and arguing with the cops.

Usually when Bilzerian ends up in controversy, I'm mostly on his side, but this time he really looks like an idiot.
