MGM Resorts International went to federal courts in Nevada and California and took on more than 1,000 shooting victims, saying claims against the hotel giant “must be dismissed.”
“Plaintiffs have no liability of any kind to defendants,” the complaints argue, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
MGM Resorts will soon be sued out of existence.

Diazepam is a sedative-hypnotic drug in the class of drugs known as benzodiazepines, which studies have shown can trigger aggressive behavior “If somebody has an underlying aggression problem and you sedate them with that drug, they can become aggressive,” said Dr. Mel Pohl, chief medical officer of the Las Vegas Recovery Center.
Confirmed still in his system, Valium which is also prescribed for Alcohol withdrawal, that's probably one of the off label uses.

Why did Paddock have 23 guns in his hotel room? Seems like it would be a huge hassle to get 23 guns into the hotel room, when he had no intention of using the vast majority of them.
He seemed to be into overkill
First time I've heard that he was into child porn. A hot pile of shit to be sure. World is a better place without him. Can someone explain to me what the scuba mask and long tube would have been used for? I don't have a knowledge of firearms. Would it have been hard to breathe in that room after/during the shootings?
What leads you to believe he had no intention to use them?
If I had to guess . The mask and tube possibly would be a preventative measure against tear gas? But then again why he wouldn't just have purchased a high end gas mask? Something to think about I suppose. He had to of known he was never leaving that room after first shot was fired.
Just an all around mystery in some aspects of what this guy was truly thinking.
It is truly hard to believe that here we are almost a year later and we don't know why he did it and it doesn't look like we will.
Maybe it was the hemorrhoids that put im over the edge.
Preparation H could have saved lives.
