I'm not sure about jewelry, but I've sold other retail things for people in a store front and have dealt with it and it's usually in the 20-30% ballpark. I know they're just brokering it, but you're not only using their space and sales people, you're also using their namesake. They're taking responsibility for the watch, even if it is awesome. i don't want to make you feel like shit, but your 500 was not put to it's best use buying this.

sad thing is lacoste is discounted quite a bit on things other then their polo shirts. i wouldn't be surprised if they sell their rights to use their name on cheap shit as well....

I have a Fossil and a Bulova watch and they have never lost a minute and if I bang it on door frame I don't start freaking out that it might have a scratch or something. here you go. go to walmart and buy a few organic cotton polos. then go to ebay and buy an exact match lacoste alligator patch. you will spend around 10 bucks for both of them. then get some fabric glue and glue the gator in the exact spot the real lacoste has it.

now you have the same shirt for 10 bucks instead of paying over 50

obv the high prep Green bean color is one of them, and the classic navy blue as my second one.
