listening to david and ali try to out-basic each other in every single idle moment made me physically ill.
david's whole new 'ambassador of the game' vibe is also ruthlessly dumb. casuals arent watching the fucking show so maybe stop chasing us off with pedestrian philosophical gems like "sometimes... poker can be cruel!"

also respectfully there are a _lot_ of interesting mix games these rubes wont touch. theres a reason major poker rooms have like a dozen 1-2 games, half a dozen 3-6 games, a 15-30 interest list, and a thriving 400/800 mix game.
the best fucking poker story i ever heard was sam grizzle's razz implosion and i cant even think of another interesting poker story except michael's florida tr.
