it amazes me that none of you have actually been on bail before?

for the ones that haven't: being on bail is the same as being on probation essentially: you cannot leave the state (sometimes county, sometimes city, sometimes your house!) and you are under the direct order of the judge the same way you'd be if you were on probation. 1 foot in your door, one foot in a jail cell, which way are you gonna go. He chose to upset the judge who had control of his freedom. why? Maybe he thought all of his money made him above a Judge. I bet that Judge was laughing his ass off the second he got back to his chambers.


So yeah, this guy hung himself out to dry with his fucking antics. And he'll likely stay in jail until his trial.

Probably stupid question but him in jail right now is "time served" right? For example, if he is sentenced in Jan 2018 to three months in jail they count what he doing now toward it?
