Massage places in Vegas that really just give you a massage

I have been experiencing back problems for the first time in my life. They started abruptly. I have not determined the cause, and it seems to slowly be getting worse, not better.

Does anyone here have experience with some good massage places in Vegas that don't also engage in prostitution, hand jobs, or any funny business?

I really do just want a massage, and I don't want to pay $150/hr at some casino spa.

Here is what I'm looking for:

    - $60/hr or less

    - Massage therapists with a fair amount of experience

    - No handjobs or prostitution occurring on premises

    - Someone willing to take direction and not just force on me what they think is "right" to cure my back

Post here or PM me with the info if you have any.

    TY

    I doubt you'll find a decent massage for $60.

You should call some physical therapy places as they generally refer people out to clinical massage places --which are generally cheaper and more experienced. Still, if you want a decent massage you should expect to pay at least $75 + tip.

If it's just your lower back you can probably get a 1/2 hour treatment (tell them to ignore your arms/head/etc and just focus on your back and legs) which will cut down the price

You don't need a massage, you need a chiropractor. I was talking to a retired chiropractor a few weeks ago and he said a ton of back issues stem from weak/tight hamstrings. It makes sense. I've had back issues my entire life on and off. He says to stretch in the shower with the hot water. Probably not a good idea for Juan hopefully in a few months.

    How are your hamstrings?

    Few things:

Massage goes for about $60 hour here in the Midwest.

You should go for the three pack combo play. Go to Physical Therapist, they will help you with exercises and stretching. After you go a couple times you can just take what they gave you and do it on your own. Then go to the Chiropractor, get your back put back into place....a good Chiro should give you the same exercises that the Physical Therapist gave you. Then continue to do the exercises and stretches and mix in massage.

I have always liked the older lady hippy massage therapists. Ones that are into natural healing, they are all about the "experience" and will take guidance and feedback openly and willingly.

I should come on the radio and tell the story of how I fell 20 feet out of a tree sometime. Would make for a good, how do you fuck your back for your entire life segment.

I don't see nothing wrong with a little rub and tug. Those girls just need to make a living!

    Druff,

Look up MASSAGE ENVY. Its a national chain. There are 3 in the Vegas area. They actually have coupons in the local papers (possibly onle) and deals for your first visit. You could probably end up with an hour massage for $39 (but you have to tip afterward).

I had to go there several times prior to my back surgery in December.

there is a lot of truth to this. I have no hamstrings...tight as hell. Causes all kinds of back issues.

The only problem is these are usually people fresh out of Massage School; you could get lucky and find a good therapist but its a crap-shoot.

    True,

I got lucky. I have had 4 different people at two different locations by my condo, and they were all great. One better than the rest (REALLY massaged my inner thighs....wanted to splash...tall blond from Russia).

I've got a customer who owns a couple massage envy's in the Boston area. Guys pretty rich but he's also a CBOT trader.

Thanks for the advice thus far.

I find it hard to believe that I can't find a place for $60/hr.

The casinos charge a HUGE markup, and the therapists that work for them make just a small fraction of that.

Take away the fronts for prostitution/hand jobs, and you can still run a very profitable massage business for $60/hr.

Las Vegas is just like any other city when you get away from the strip. The main difference here is that you have a MUCH higher % of massage places being prostitution fronts, to where it's hard to tell the difference.

How old is your mattress, duff?

I fucked up my back pretty bad but it has really improved since I got a new memory foam mattress.

$60 is bare bones where I am, between oils, lotions, linens, marketing, rent, utilities, receptionist and everything else a massage place probably pays about $25-30/massage in overhead, so that means the therapist and the owner splitting $30 + tips. Of course I'm in a residential area of Massachsetts so everything is a bit high-priced. Most places around here do a 50/50 or 40/60 split, if your therapist is hourly then she probably isn't worth a damn because its a business that relies on client retention. Hourly massage therapist means they can't get or keep their own clients.

Because of the pay split, the best massage therapists are where the money is, so the best massages in Vegas are more likely to be found at the casinos, just like the best massage therapists around here work in high-end spas

When I had shitloads of disposable income I used to get massages all the time. It was $35 for a half hour, $60 for an hour. That is pretty standard rate unless you are in some high rent district.

Just look for one that isn't run by Asians and you should be good to go, there are plenty out there.
