Global Poker Issues Anyone?

I hope this is the right forum for this. First time poster here. Anyway, I signed up for Global and went to buy $300 worth of "gold coins" which gave me sweeps cash or whatever. It takes me to pay pal. I log in just fine. When I go to pay, I select Pay Pal master card. Then I get an error, instrument declined. I checked several times and have plenty of room on my Pay Pal master Card. Has anyone else experienced this?

contact support, I had error message after a previous cash transaction they had me delete cookies and that worked.

I had that happen to me then I just bought a coin package straight up using debit..

When I have a balance in my PayPal account, there is no problem purchasing with PayPal but..

When I purchase through PayPal with a zero balance and expecting it too go through one of my linked cards, it doesn't go through..

So I just purchase straight through debit/credit or with an actual PayPal balance..

The withdrawals are easy as shit..

So then it seems that they want only non credit card funds.

I use my credit card too..

I just click the button debit/credit instead of PayPal

I was gonna say maybe Paypal is trying to avoid UIGEA issues by not allowing cards to be processed for gambling transactions but if Spartan isn't having trouble not sure what the issue would be.
