During the 14th century, about a third of the population of Europe was killed by the Black Death. That is a similar death rate as the Jews experienced during the Holocaust. As far as your second comment, I doubt Muslims are worried about non Muslims slide into depravity and amorality (as they probably view it). I am pretty sure the concern is that our liberals ideals will pollute their culture and influence their children into becoming sinners. I actually think that is a big part of what the "culture war" between the west and Islam is really about, is fighting for the hearts and minds of Muslim youth.

Is this to do with how you look or your last name or what? If I've learned anything on this forum it is that being Jewish is about as significant as being a member of the Elks Club... or maybe even less so since Elks Club members follow the rules.
