Beyond iris scans and facial recognition for American citizens in airports, it also allows DHS to run unlimited drone operations within 100 miles of every border, the technical definition of which includes the coasts last I checked. So the vast majority of major American cities are included.

Meaning if this passes, 25k+ DHS agents (and any departments embedded with them) can load up anything from audio recording equipment to x-ray resonance imaging gear and perform warrantless 24/7 surveillance of any American citizen within 100 miles of the edge of the country.

Oh plus, they have provisions about taking DNA at airports, so if that DNA gets shared with your insurance carrier (why wouldnt it) you can expect to get dropped or have your rates adjusted if youre prone to diabetes, heart disease, so on.

Bon appetite.
