Ignition poker is pissing me off

I put 150$ in my account. I play .25/.50 50$ buy ins. Lost most of my money with 3 flopped set over set, quads over quads within 2 hours. I'm not sure what's going on but I feel like something's not right. The last 3 deposits I've lost to amazing hands Aaa over Kkk type shit. Do you guys have any opinions? I can't imagine this happens regularly to other players. I think I'm done playing online and I'm only sticking to live play after my last few buy ins.

    Standard.
I hate to say this - but "poker is rigged believers" are on level playing field with "flat earthers" in my book.

What you experienced is nothing other than simple variance. Nothing more.

It's also a case for cognitive dissonance. Sure, you lost 3 or 5 buy ins - and you took some nasty beats - but do you remember any of the hands you won or anything positive about the session(s?) Probably not, and there are two reasons.

    1) we are preordained to believe internet poker is unfair or rigged and looking for reasons to support this mentality.

    2) volume. I'm assuming you are playing at least 10x more hands per hour than you would live.

Clearly you just happened to run into back to back coolers. I'm sorry. Been there, many times.

The solution to playing online and being successful - at least during any downswing is to try to hit and run. When you are up, log off. Don't chase and don't be results oriented. If you can't do those few simple things - ignition is not for you. Playing live is no doubt, less gut wrenching.

    Good luck. keep at it.

it's not just rigged for u. it's rigged for everyone. and really,..rigged isn't the right word. but neither is variance,

if you're building a poker site and want to make money, what do you think the best way to do it is? i don't have to answer this as you would research it and tighten the screws on your marks within the confines of the law. and last time i checked internet poker and regulations are lol

i don;t care what anyone says. although i've made quite a bit of cash at ever shop i played at, and was on the sharkscope leader board, online poker is sketchy.

that dude magic that does those videos on youtube, he has some merit to what he says.

and c'mon...degen gamblers don't care about rigged poker games as long is there is a game.

poker is a waste of time
