Neither of my parents have any senility yet, despite being late 70s.

That also increases my chance to avoid dementia.

I have quietly gone on a diet since Jan 31 and lost 8 pounds, on the way to hopefully losing about 30-35 total.

Gotta give bottomset credit. He predicted I would die of "dementia", and this was over a year before I developed those severe (but fortunately mostly temporary) psychological issues.

I still believe my mind will outlast my body, and I'll never experience any kind of debilitating senility.
