Mintjewlips unbanned

I have decided to give Mintjewlips another chance, and have restored his account.

Reasons for this include:

1) He hadn't broken the rules prior to that one freakout
2) He patiently accepted the ban and did not create dupes to circumvent it
3) He seems to understand what he did wrong, and promised not to do it again

If Mintjewlips has another freakout like he did when I banned him in the first place, next time might be a permaban.

Hopefully he understands now that it is never okay to spam the forum, and that there's a certain line that shouldn't be crossed when posting here, and accusing a user of molesting their children is one of those lines.

I don't think Mintjewlips is actually a bad guy. I believe he just did a stupid thing, and hopefully it will not repeat.

I can't take Mintjewlips' unpopularity with certain users into account when making my decision.

When I choose to unban someone here, it's because I feel they've been banned long enough, they deserve another chance, and aren't a danger to the community.

I've even unbanned routine trolls of mine on numerous occasions, so clearly I take a lot of factors into account when deciding to do this.

In general, I want this to mostly be a free speech place where people can express themselves, even if their views are not popular.
