My father-in-law is a high roller at the local Indian casino. He is a consistent winner and laughably the only game he plays is keno. hi roller may not be the right term as he doesn't place large bets but rather sit for hours upon hours and pumps thousands of dollars into the machine. Anyways he is incredibly lucky for one to be a net winner at keno and he also wins their hourly drawing for free play money far more often then would be expected. Then three months ago he won a new Camaro it but opted to take the cash instead. Then a month ago or so he bought one $100 raffle ticket and won a 2017 Corvette stingray which he kept. After tax and license he had to cough up about $14k. This month the casino is giving away a Tesla. The sad thing is 95% of the people can't afford to win it. Most of them won't have the roughly $30k in taxes to claim it.
