So, Im sure pretty much everyone at this point knows that lately we have had scammers from India, Pakistan etc pretending they are IRS Agents, calling people in the US and claiming that there is a warrant out for their arrest because they owe back taxes. Of course, there are other schemes they use as well, such as claiming they are Microsoft Tech Support and want to "help you fix your computer", as well as other ploys.
Some people think this has been a small... for lack of a better word: non-story, in the big scheme of things. But in this big big business of ripping off unsuspecting uninformed Americans, they have been reaping hundreds of millions from honest people in this particular scam.
Here is just one example of a recent takedown; This scam operation netted more than $300 million from people:

But that is obviously just the tip of the iceberg since they are still going strong and actually getting stronger. Thankfully we have people here with the smarts to combat this.
Enter, this guy:
This is glorious, and to be frank, it actually gives me a weird boner for his success in actually doing damage and pissing off the very people who are literally robbing unsuspecting people and specifically senior citizens from their hard earned money.
The following is a video of a hackers adventure in literally taking over a call center with his program. The first 2 minutes outline "the phone call" that we get. The rest of the video is his program put into play. It calls the phone number 28 times per second. The best part is that he has recorded their voices; as time goes on, they are getting more and more pissed off because they literally cannot block or stop this program. (if you listen closely during certain parts, you can hear in the background their entire phone bank blowing up):
