in today's day and age with tinder and online dating it honestly seems low...hookup and dating apps have made it a helluva lot easier and less time consuming to hookup...you don't have to go out to bars any more and spend an entire night working a chick who may or may not end up being interested...you can just tinder a shitton of chicks in one felt swoop and have access to chicks who you know are interested in you...the hookup success rate on tinder has to be through the fucking roof...

My female friends think every dude is fucking like every week. On the reverse side of that coin, my guy friends think these girls are all having sex once a year or something, which is far from the case for most attractive young girls. My female friends usually tell me they tell a guy like 5 or something if asked, because dudes are generally insecure and will slut shame at higher numbers

granted my thoughts on this are biased because I've always lived in a large metro area so your pool is very large...it has to be a helluva lot different if you live in some small rural area and your options are limited...
just think in this day in age if you are an average looking dude with decent social skills (no PUA or anything like that, can just hold a conversation) you should have no problem in pulling chicks and hooking up...
plus your slut shaming comment is 100% spot on...the dating apps/tinder break down a HUGE barrier that I'm sure floats around in the back of some girls' minds...
