Woman burns down house and bystanders stand by and laugh as 72 year old man dies inside.

This shit pisses me off. Anybody could have stopped this woman but instead they chose to sit back and laugh. It's a world star video world...

This is why we still need the death penalty.

Bystanders are obviously huge scumbags, but sadly they cannot be charged with a crime. They could claim they were "afraid" to do anything about it.

Some of you may remember that awful crime in Primm, Nevada (the stateline casino 40 miles south of Vegas) where an 18-year-old guy encouraged a 7-year-old girl to follow him into the men's room, and then he raped and killed her. His friend was with him, was aware of what he was doing, but just let the two of them go into the bathroom and said nothing. Then, afterward, the two guys just continued on together as if nothing happened.

Nevada later passed a law to make it illegal to have knowledge of a serious crime against a child having been committed and failing to report it to police. California also passed a similar law.

Does this law also apply to when police officers have knowledge of whether fellow LEOs are comitting such crimes?

    See 42 USC Sec 1986.
