I removed his ability to start threads because I am seeing an all-too-familiar pattern with him, dating back to NWP/DD.
This includes the top ten lists, the "last post ever" threads, the pointless threads over stupid/inane topics. I already had to move one or two to the Bathroom Wall. I don't feel like waiting until I wake up and find he has created 15 threads one night during a drunken bender.
He has also been needlessly trolling existing threads, such as the serious one about the WSOP broadcast.
I don't want to ban bottomset, but I feel the need to rein him in a bit.
