One thing most don't know (and this is a common scam among backee's) is you are able to register for an event, receive a receipt and buy in slip and then walk right back to the cashier and get a refund.
Once the seat card is given to the dealer, and chips are then given to the player after showing a valid id, there is no possible way to receive a refund.

OSA. Get that contract from drex and ship that one to Todd (obv with NY ID plz). You need to send this first over to him before I send any funds to him (he is busy and if something happens a refund will take time).
