Absolutely the correct decision. The not guilty verdict in the 94 case cannot be considered. Whatever the story behind the armed robbery that landed him in "Lovelock" prison he was guilty, became a model inmate for 9 years and is now 70. Is he a threat to society if allowed out? There is almost no chance unless some bitch opens her big mouth
