I have shut down Mintjewlips' posting ability, and deleted his junk threads, as well as a few posts of his in this thread.
I have left his account itself unbanned so he can communicate with me, but have reduced it to a status to where he can't message anyone else.

Mintjewlips PM'd me and said that it was unfair I banned his posting for what he did, yet ignored the fact that LegallyBindingNonPosts spammed his visitor page.
While the two have absolutely nothing to do with one another (and thus the posting ban stays), I do want to say that I also don't like what LegallyBindingNonPosts did, and I don't want to see visitor pages spammed with crap, either. I will ban people for doing that, as well.
This post right here also indicates that Mintjewlips knew he was going to get banned for what he did, and chose to do it anyway.

I love Druff for several reasons but my favorite thing is him being the WWE referee of forum moderators.
