I have been meaning to try out Cialis/Viagra for a while now, just to see what it is like mainly, but I am too lazy to schedule a doctors appointments to try to get it that route. I have been meaning to get a physical cause I haven't had one in about 10 years, so maybe I will do that and ask then. I assume all you have to do is tell the primary care doctor you have been having trouble getting it up and they will just take you at your word and give you some? there may be but i don't think there is niacin in Viagra...as i understand it, Viagra acts as a relaxer/tension reliever that allows improved blood flow, hence the flushing of the skin
