When heads up, unless your opponent is loose, is it best to fold when check raised?...
pretty vague question braj, depends on the boards like basically any other instance in poker.
obviously it's usually not a good spot to get check raised but there are spots where you are still profitable against it via pot odds and if your opponent is nutty. vs the unknown you're probably losing but still it's only one more bet. depends on preflop action as well, if it goes limp check it's easier to get away from etc. lots of variables kid, keep your chin up or post the HH to dissect.
