The reason why we see all the weird shit coming out of florida is because of their FOIA laws. Basically, any and everything is available immediately for all news outlets, you don't have to request it. So all these weird fucking stories you hear, like the OP, come so frequently because it's so easy to get. And there's so much of it because....well....Florida.
