I never used to do it at all but lately since I moved house have been driving to friends to watch football and having a few scoops then driving home.

wwell, i've never gotten a DUI, but I used to drive drunk as fuck from the 4 am bar back to my house a few blocks away. I'd leave the poker game at 2 and drink til 4 and most times go get a subway sandwich........

just refuse tests if they're gonna try and test you for a DUI. If you refuse, then a ll they can charge you with is refusal to take a sobriety test, which in my state (i dontknow about yours) is an auto 6 month suspension. Ask yourself: conviction for DUI or a 6 month suspension for not taking a test. which are you gonna do?
seriously....don't give them any evidence against you, including BAL tests and Breath tests.

Young Curacao seems to have perfected the art. I believe he has a few Mexican instructional videos on youtube regarding the subject.
It's .08 where I live and they want to lower it down to .05. It's just not worth it, especially nowadays with uber/lyft like DUIs at this point are IQ tests.

.05 is getting close to zero tolerance levels, I believe that .08 for my diabetic fat ass weight is 2 beers and a shot in an hour. .05 for me would probably be like 2 beers or shot and a beer in an hour.
Not sure how it is over here. Sure I remember an old friend saying he refused so they took him to the police station to get some kind of warrant and do it there, but he had sobored up enough to just pass by the time they did it.
Couple light beers is fine for me as my body can tolerate it, but was wondering more like 5-6 pints along with amphetamines, coke or weed, and at what point police decide to stop someone and breathalise too.

also, let me clarify: you can be an asshole and not willingly submit for something, or you can be nice and not willingly submit for something. It's about how YOU interact with the police when being pulled over.
