My trip report:
- Todd is a normal looking early 40s guy(honestly could easily pass for 39-40) bit of a belly but not overweight in any way like people make him out to be. He's also pretty cool in person and would buy him a beer anytime if he drank.
-Little Benny looked like a nice kid!
-Todd's gf truely shocked me and not what l expected. Super nice, friendly ,smart and also very pretty. Todd is a lucky man, congrats buddy!
-I found it amusing that Todd tried to use logic with a timesquare pizzeria guy... only him.
-Our chat ended with an overweight black chick being run over by a cab... I'm serious lol.

Philly and Lancaster. Nostalgic for my childhood...
Ironically they made the right call in this spot... Todd was just going to bang them out of whatever comp they gave him and not gamble anyways. It's not like when they upgrade him to a suite Todd's going to be all like well shit I guess I'll go play $100/h blackjack now.
Pizza story is total fail, you should know better by now to stay away from Times Square.
How can a person be so fucking cheap
Where was I being cheap in this story?
Talking about the AC suite thing? That was out of principle. I'm not paying them bullshit upgrade fees (especially something like $350/night) when every other Caesars property would have given me the suite complimentary when available.
YO DRUFF
the counter man was kind enough not to throw you out, never mind your pizza..
He is not going to cut/piss off 10!! Other customers to expedite your order.
And he doesn't care that u left the pizza.. one of the workers are bringing home free food tonight.
They love that shit when they can keep the food and blame it on the customer not showing up.
Your just another asshole too them and no one is going to kiss your ass to buy a plate of food.
Just fucken with you.
Im glad you had s good time DRUFF!!!
I'm way too tall to weigh 165 pounds, especially at this age.
I was staying in Times Square. It is a tourist trap, but I wanted Benjamin to see it and get that whole experience. I went to that pizza place because I was sick and it was very close by (basically right behind the hotel).
The drugs/hookers thing has been gone from Times Square for many years now. Rudy Giuliani totally cleaned up the area in the '90s. It now bears no resemblance to the slum it was in the '80s and earlier.
This was a "broken clock is right twice a day" situation. It's true that I was just going to comp whore on this trip, even had I gotten a suite. However, they didn't know this. In January, I played a shitload in Tahoe during a long stay there -- something they could easily see.
This wasn't a personal decision against me. The computer told them, "No free upgrades for this guy" because I had no history there, and the employees must have been told not to deviate from that. I blame this more on management. The employees just annoyed me because they weren't being truthful, and were trying to lie to me about the reason for it.
The problem here is that most people on Seven Stars trips ARE expecting to play, and most of them are fully expecting a suite, as well. And if they don't have play history there (or a whale-like play history at other properties), they will be denied also. Such people really would change their play plans after being snubbed like that.
When I book these Seven Stars trips, I often will run into the situation where they look up my overall play history, see that it's far less than other guests who will want suites, and they honestly tell me that I won't get one. But that really is based upon availability. If it turns out one is sitting empty, they'll still give it to me.
I actually didn't get suites on my Seven Stars trips to Windsor (2014) and North Carolina (2016), but I was okay with that because they were legitimately out of them.
I just didn't like how they would rather the suites sit empty than give them to "unknown" Seven Stars. It's a dumb, stubborn policy which is shooting themselves in the foot.
