I'll give it a college try, the only problem is the start time is 10:30pm out here, but worth a shot.

I called them and got some guy who barely speaks English. I speak some Spanish, so this wasn't the main obstacle, but they are clearly used to people calling in asking to speak with the owner. The fact that this was not a complaint, but rather an opportunity to promote the restaurant was lost in translation, even though I made it clear in both languages.

So, getting them to call-in seems about as likely as them making a solid slice, but this is certainly a goldmine for a prank call. Their whole staff is on tilt.

Honestly, I don't think an elaborate prank is even needed. You probably could just call and keep them on the line while you ask their opinion about various topping options and they'll probably shit themselves.
