GameProtect, I do not feel comfortable with you collecting any kind of fees from users of this site, even if you claim they are court fees.

If you wish to give the people the address to pay the fees directly to the associated courts, that's fine, but I don't want you to be the one collecting them.

While I cannot control what you choose to do and what offers you choose to make, I'm going to need you to stop soliciting lawsuit participants via this site, unless you make it on 100% contingency basis with no money paid to you or your associates.
I do not collect the court fees.

After the accusations on 2+2 that the lawyer is a scammer, I was thinking as well that the claimants might can send their court fee directly to the court's bank account and I will ask the lawyer if this is possible.

O.k., to join the bankruptcy proceeding is on 100% contingency basis and cost free.

I have not much time, but I am willing to discuss why litigation proceedings have zero hope of paying off?

If you claim that the Full Flush Poker litigation has zero hope of paying off, then you could easily quote the laws based on why the participants of this fraud scheme are not liable?

Alternatively, if you say "Yes, they are liable based on laws, but they are broke", I ask you to put the proofs on the table that all liable participants has no property / assets or income? (Declarations in lieu of an oath are also accepted).

Also, please give the "false promises" a content?

Heres the problem with your logic GP.. Bankruptcy laws protect those who fail in business.. It shields the principals of the company from being held individually liable for the failure of the business.. How the hell do you think the current President of the United States still has all his money dumbass??? Hes had multiple corporate bankruptcy issues and yet hes still got tons of dough.. And most countries are very similiar generally in that corporate failure does not impact the finances of the principals.. Not saying its fair in cases of blatant fraud but its the way things are and your hopeful aspirations arent gonna change that one damn bit.. Good luck but your trying to get blood out of a stone..

I do not know the bankruptcy laws specifically in the US and it might be possible that you can commit criminal offenses in the name of a company and the bankruptcy laws will protect you from being held liable based on civil and criminal laws.

But in Curacao and in Europe (mainly Roman law) this is not the case. There, the bankruptcy laws only protect you if you did not commit criminal offenses. Therefore no, there is no problem with my logic!

Your question lead me to the conclusion that you never read on the website. Game Protect has the following revenue streams:

    - Affiliate commissions

    - Monthly contributions for gambling accounts not available on the partner sites list

    - Game Protect foreign litigation cases like Full Flush or Lock or Win Cake Poker.

    - Donations for individual help

Do we discuss about thoughts or do we discuss about facts?

If it is illegitimate, you can surely put the proofs on the table based on what, can't you?

Over 7 billion people live on this earth and I have not the time and not the interest to discuss about their believes. So let us reduce the discussion to the facts why litigation proceedings have zero chance for success, as claimed by several believers here?

Lets discuss thoughts game protect. I have a few. First, are you human? You could be a computer for all I know. I've never seen you. Funny, these days you can't tell the difference sometimes. Game Protect, I don't think you want to know what I truly think, or am I here on this earth to tell you. I can go on and on, wasting both of our time, and keep typing and typing and typing and it doesn't matter. you're like some ghost in the machine. We can't stop you. it appears even this websites overlord can't stop you. you are just that good. As i sit here, and type this Game Protect, i think about what you may look like as you read these words. Are you a man? or a woman? black? white? does it matter? in a cosmic sense does anything matter? I've gone to the deepest ends of my sanity to come up with words to describe this moment of clarity that I now have thanks to you. As i type this to you, Game Protect, i want you to understand that for the last moments of your life as you've read this you've now entered my thoughts. Do you still want to discuss?

    you still haven't given any.

If this is true, you can get 5 Bitcoins: Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much?

    Update:

Came across the result of GPs big fullflush case, after collecting several thousands of dollars from players on 2p2: https://www.knipselkrant-curacao.com...iet-verklaard/ (you'll have to translate)

Basically a lawyer forced and empty chair to declare bankruptcy. The End. (this is from 2017)

Willemstad - Equity Marketing Management bv, operator of online gambling sites, has been declared bankrupt. An unknown amount of gamblers, including from the United States, is sometimes the victim of $ 153,000 per person.

This newspaper has the documents that prove it. The private company was declared bankrupt on June 19. This happened at the request of two victims, who had engaged lawyer Roelof Bijkerk for this. On May 9, the request was made for bankruptcy of Equity Marketing Management, trading under the name Equity Poker Network, FullFlushPoker.

During the hearing and hearing in the council chamber, incidentally, only authorized Bijkerk appeared, but no one on the part of the operator of the online gambling websites. This is clear from the judgment of the Court of First Instance in Curaçao.

Equity Marketing Management appears not only to leave behind many unpaid debts, but is also surrounded by mystery. For example, the BV does not have a known address on Curaçao. There was / is not a natural person director-director. Previously the e-Management nv legal person was registered as a statutory director.

Equity Marketing then operated from the E-Commerce Park in Vredenberg, but the postal address was the Emancipatie Boulevard. The company was established in March 2013 and the Chamber of Commerce shows that the registration was terminated on 24 February 2017.

He's basically gone full on, shameless scammer since then. He just trolls casino threads where players often complain about getting scammed and probably convinces 1 out of every couple hundred to pay him 2% of the total they him to 'collect' from the casino for them. Several weeks ago he became the least trusted user on Bitcointalk.org, which is no small feat.

The least trusted user on Bitcointalk.org while never breached the trust of anyone is a good result!

Those with a functioning brain know what it means! Unfortunately TwitchySeal can not follow!

While I appreciate TwitchySeal's extremely mentally ill brain wash nonsense shit, GP did not collect anything from any player who joined the GP assisted Full Flush Poker 65:35 enforcement proceeding.

Somebody was sure acting like they paid you and thought everyone else should too!

Yes this case is being done on Contingency but the lawyer does not want to be stuck paying all the court costs and also putting time into the case for free as it might turn out if case is not won.

This sums up the risk/reward ration and we have a strong case.. in reality its going to depend on whether the Curacauo courts are fair.
Its easily worth the investment as we at least have 25% chance of winning the case ... if not higher... as long as the courts turn out to be soomewhat fair. To me personally its a no brainer to try to take this to court.

THIS PRETTY MUCH SUMS UP THE SITUATION FOR ANYBODY EVALUATING THE RISK REWARD RATIO

Every claimant has to pay 1% court fee, but with a minimum of $375. So the lower the amount owed, the higher is the court fee percentage.

Your claim calculation is as follows:

    a) $150,000 owed: Invest $1,500 with the chance to receive $105,000 ($150,000 – $45,000 = 30% law firm contingency fee).

$1,500 of $105,000 = 1,4%! If the chance to win the court case is 1,4% or higher, it is worth to invest!

    Other examples:

    b) $30,000 owed: Invest $375 with the chance to receive $21,000 ($30,000 – $9,000 = 30% law firm contingency fee).

$375 of $21,000 = 2%! If the chance to win the court case is 2% or higher, it is worth to invest!

    c) $5,000 owed: Invest $375 with the chance to receive $3,500 ($5,000 – $1,500 = 30% law firm contingency fee).

$375 of $3,500 = 11%! If the chance to win the court case is 11% or higher, it is worth to invest!
The lawyer do not get one cent from the claimants:

    ALSO

    1) Yes, he will now start the bankruptcy proceeding against Full Flush Poker in Curacao and pay the court fee + bailiff costs from his pocket and spend his time.

    2) After the bankruptcy title, he is willing to start a court case against the 2 liable parties managing director and licensor in Curacao on a contingency fee basis for his efforts. If he will not win the case, he will not receive one cent!

Yes, he wants help for court case 2), because each claimant has to pay a 1% and minimum $375 court fee. So the total amount for all claimants who join (with larger amounts owed) would be over $5,000.

Yes, he do not ask for legal fees for him, he only ask for the court fees 2) he has to pay/forward to the court.

Roelof will now start the bankruptcy proceeding and I am confident that we will find a solution to start the court case as well, because why would Roelof pay the bankruptcy proceeding costs and then not start the court case.
