The part you are not able to understand is that if the company of a gambling site is bankrupt while owing player balances, the criminal offense of embezzlement is committed. Because they are not allowed (at least in Curacao) to use player funds for business or private expenses. Claimants who want to join the court case will have to send their court fee to the third party bank account of the law firm. Collected money will be send as well to the law firm's third party bank account and from there to the claimant's bank account or he can even pick up the money personally in Curacao.

Contingency basis in Curacao basically means that the lawyer charge his fee on a contingency basis. Even google state: "In the law, it is defined as a fee charged for a lawyer's services only if the lawsuit is successful or is favorably settled out of court..."

And if you consider that this guy paid $31,000 only for his lawyer and even without a court case, then Game Protect's offer to pay only a 1% (minimum $375) court fee of the possible amount to receive, is a very good offer:

Heres the problem with your logic GP.. Bankruptcy laws protect those who fail in business.. It shields the principals of the company from being held individually liable for the failure of the business.. How the hell do you think the current President of the United States still has all his money dumbass??? Hes had multiple corporate bankruptcy issues and yet hes still got tons of dough.. And most countries are very similiar generally in that corporate failure does not impact the finances of the principals.. Not saying its fair in cases of blatant fraud but its the way things are and your hopeful aspirations arent gonna change that one damn bit.. Good luck but your trying to get blood out of a stone..

I do not know the bankruptcy laws specifically in the US and it might be possible that you can commit criminal offenses in the name of a company and the bankruptcy laws will protect you from being held liable based on civil and criminal laws.

But in Curacao and in Europe (mainly Roman law) this is not the case. There, the bankruptcy laws only protect you if you did not commit criminal offenses. Therefore no, there is no problem with my logic!
