When you go to fullflushpoker.com, you get this:

    FULL FLUSH POKER CLOSED

Full Flush Poker and the Equity Poker Network closed operations as of October 2016. Players with unrecoverable funds should continue reading below.

We are the new owners of the domain FullFlushPoker.com - purchased via auction. We are NOT associated with the prior owners. We do NOT have your money. We are NOT liable for the debts of the prior owners of this website. Please continue reading.

The Equity Poker Network has gone out of business. Full Flush Poker, the flagship skin owned and operated by the Equity Poker Network, has also gone out of business. The owners have ceased returning calls, instant messages and emails. Sources tell us that they have relocated from the countries in which they were operating, and a number of parties were financially injured as a result of this company closure. Player balances were left outstanding, software vendors were left unpaid, marketing affiliates were stiffed, and employees in the Costa Rican offices did not receive weeks worth of pay.

There is a supposedly pending lawsuit, though no evidence of this litigation has been publicly released, it very well may be a scam. Even if it is legitimate, we do not feel that the attorney, even if the litigation succeeds, will be able to recover any funds. Here is a good explanation as to why it would be likely to fail. Furthermore, the lawsuit and the people promoting it are unknown and unproven. Thus, we do not recommend players to provide personal information to these parties or to send any money upfront as they have requested. To be clear, we are not associated with, nor do we endorse, these parties.

A group of concerned affiliates and poker sites have come together in an attempt to help victims of the Equity Poker Network and Full Flush Poker business failure. Our goal is to provide a means by which players might recover their lost balances. While we finish working out the details of this program, we are asking players who suffered financial harm to contact us and provide information regarding the extent of their losses. Players need not provide any personally identifying information when submitting a claim.

If you click the Contact Us link, you get this:

We are the new owners of the domain FullFlushPoker.com - purchased at auction. We are NOT associated with the prior owners. We do NOT have your money. We are NOT liable for the debts of the prior owners of this website. Please continue reading.

If you are one of the unfortunate players who suffered a financial loss due to the closing of Full Flush Poker and the Equity Poker Network, we want to know about it.

Simply fill out the contact form to the right. We will get back to you via email as soon as possible to discuss your losses and whether or not we may be able to help you recover any of your lost balance at a participating partner poker site.

If you have any screenshots, emails, or other evidence to bolster your claim, we encourage you gather these materials. After we have read your submission we will contact you via email and request this additional information. A lack of screenshots or emails does not necessarily exclude you from participating in our offers. Players need not submit any personally identifying information now, nor in the future.

Don't bother filling out the Contact Us form.

The "new owners" of the domain have not identified who they are, why they want this info, and why they are so interested in helping out.

It's likely just some form of data harvesting -- so they can either sell this information to another poker site, or use it themselves (for marketing purposes).

Any "recovery" would be through some awful hard-to-clear bonus, likely on a troubled or newly established site.

Here are the owners, according to a December 31, 2016 post on 2+2:

Full Flush Poker funds (Players, Employees) drained by:

    -Jorge Barahona
    -Hugues Marion
    -Victor Bigio
*Clive Archer* - I would not say he is not full of shit
    -Ben Johansen (PlaySafe)

Legal FFP Holder in Costa Rica, (Tooth Data Processing):

    -Leon Vargas

More to be released soon by a trustworthy source. (Photos, IDs, Phone Numbers, Addresses, Mails, PayPal Accounts)

Let's go find these thieves and make them pay in any way, and any way I mean ANY.

    Over 2M stolen in balances.

Interesting that Jon Brown (Professial Rakeback dot com) who helped perpetrate the scam, and was their only rakeback affiliate, was not listed above. Jon refused to take down the Full Flush link, long after it was clear they weren't paying anyone.

He should also be held liable.

LOL Victor Bigio was part of UB management. It's a real shock to see him involved with a company like this.

If no one go after them, they will of course continue. Bigio has family, so he should be easily traceable.

    Khalwat found something.

There is a hidden link on the words "poker sites" near the end of the statement on FullFlushPoker.com:

A group of concerned affiliates and poker sites...
If you click on that, it takes you to Jon Brown's professionalrakeback dot com.

So we know who is the likely owner of FullFlushPoker.com now.

    What a scumbag.

Weirder though is do a search and you find it's showing the domain itself for sale asking price is $2000 from the owner supposedly but apparently you can offer as low as $500. Something just stinks about this whole thing now.
