Not sure how much nest-egg you're willing to part with but costs for this venture depend largely on the "type" of investor you are. Return on investment is long term and can be highly rewarding for those willing to become active. See a mental health specialist and have them assess your fantasies. It may take years but you seem to have little to lose

You could always do Bitcoin .. Ok in more seriousness look for a good quality Annuity with guaranteed returns from a high rated Insurance company.. There are several which offer bonus on investment and a nice 6-7% per year sometimes more.. One things for sure is death and taxes and insurance companies are always making money my friend.

A friend of mine has done well with two industries that typically fly under the radar but have strong fundamentals. He puts most of his expendable CASH into Mattresses and Portable Restrooms.

I read somewhere they were donk down.
Just because you can doesn't always mean you should.

The problem with the world today is that nobody does anything based on principal anymore.

If you reach your 80's, consider your life in overtime. Sudden death overtime.

I'll never understand how swimmers get bitten by sharks. Can they not hear the music?

I agree SOME are even maybe half but you have to go find a licensed fiduciary to work with and not some assclown whos paid on commission.. Licensed fiduciary is required by law to work in your best interest not their own.. You just have to do some homework and research.. Its one reason why I'm even leary of CFPs in some cases.. Too many clowns in the financial industry only looking out for what can make them rich.. Ideal situation is one who basically only makes money if you do as a small pct of gains that way they have to work in your interest or that don't make a dime off ya.

    Hi Friends,

Thank you all for the advice, however I am going to sit tight for a while (meaning the $325,000 in a Money Market, I believe interest rates are going to spike the next two years and my account will be a money machine). And thank you for the like 25 private messages. I call this TEAM PFA.

You have to admit my financial resurgence has been quite remarkable to say the least. in 2009 I was facing dark times, lots of credit card debt, more going out then coming in (I chronicled these events in real time on NWP which for your newbies was the forum that ultimately launched PFA). I literally had a spiritual awakening in 2009 and the rest is history as they say (this is a topic for another day, maybe I will make a thread about it one day, but the power of God is eternal and HIS spirit cannot be broken).

So anyway, thank you for the advice and I printed out the replies and filed them in the event I need to research them down the road.

    Stanley.
