If a person had 20 or so cartridges and was going to Portland to Las Vegas and wanted to bring them on a plane, what would be the best way to do this? Both states dont give a shit about weed so I would think the risks are low. Would one simply bring the Cartridges in their "vap carrying case" and then carry it on? I am assuming you would run the vap carrying case through the x ray machine just like you would a laptop?

portlandia to vegas you'll be fine, just bring it on the plane. Internationally I wouldn't even think of trying to do this though. If you're really nervous about it I would just consume edibles about 30-45 mins before you walk through TSA and by the time you get on the plane you'll be higher than cruising altitude. Buy more weed after you land, rinse, repeat.
But I highly doubt you're going to catch any sort of shit walking through TSA with a pen and cartridges. Probably not a bad idea to mix in some actual tobacco cartridges.
It is a federal crime to transport marijuana across state lines, but go ahead anyway. With 20 pens, you are looking at a possible intent to distribute charge as well. I am sure Jeff Sessions will understand.

UPS over night or same day if possible to your vegas hotel. best not to take it on a plane checked bag only if you do.

I've never fucked around with bringing weed on a plane.
I do remember in the Denver airport that it was explicitly stated that marijuana possession on airport was forbidden. PDX has no such posted signs but I wouldn't fuck around with it

I searched and kind of found the same thing on google. Everyone I talk to has has had no issues, but it is that small chance of being made an example of that worries me. The laws are so fucking crazy state to state. I was just in Virginia and took a look at their marijuana laws after i left:
