Some of these dealers get a little too close to a player, especially if they are a big tipper. This guy got fired last year and if you notice around 1:10 into the clip he gives a wink as if he messed this up on purpose because the player sodapoppin was giving him money off the site for tips to be sure it went to him only and not into a pool for all the dealers.

I believe this "Bryan" who dealt the second card to the player situation is completely different but just saying some of these low hourly waged workers can potentially screw up on purpose to help a player they like out if they are throwing them money outside the site.

The difference here is that Andy if he is cheating is only doing it for his own personal gain outside of the casino, the other scenario was the entire casino is cheating using dealers to thumb through cards that they somehow know which card is what in a 6-8 deck or however many deck shoe it is.

Is it possible that Andy is being tipped out on misdeals when sodapoppin is betting yyuuuge? For sure. Also I never heard of this kid before but I skipped around his channel and saw a LOT of videos of him playing while Andy is dealing and in multiple games. Maybe he just liked him? Maybe they were friendly outside of the table? etc I'm sure the people running the bingo noticed this and were like yeaaa, about that.

Haley Hintze pointed out that the dealer flicked his index finger over the first card twice, before grabbing the second one.

This changes my mind. It does seem as if the cards have some kind of marking on them (detectable to the finger), which allows him to do this know what's coming next, and then grab the next card.

Also, she noted that the player was splitting 2s against a dealer 10, and that it seemed this was a card counting play. However, I can't imagine how that play would ever be correct, even if counting, since you're in such an awful spot there, you wouldn't want to double your risk.

I just think that the dealer did this as part of some collusion with BetOnline, since this player was betting big.

Also, WTF is with them covering up the player's face now?

There's no doubt in my mind this guy was cheating. He obviously tried to distract the viewers with a fake blink. You can tell nobody blinks normally like that. He also flicked the first card with his thumb to test and see how loose the card is. Normally Casino shoes are pretty tight and you shouldn't be able to flick up cards like that. The only explanation I could give him was that he pulled a 9 before and sometimes cards get stuck with shuffles like 8/9/10 being stuck together from new decks. As you can see it came out J 9 8 6 which is high to low so easy pattern.

Had this been done with Baccarat, a game where one hand can host up to 100s of players, it would be so much different.

Haley puts out some decent articles but this one is so off here considering at least a handful of other sites are sharing this live dealer so you can't put it directly on betonline.

A lot of accounts of users playing on this particular live dealer from betonline/sportsbook have the names "lcb" with a few numbers afterwards but you can get a real username if you request one.

The dealer has supposedly got fired. I brought up a ton of ways a site could cheat or why a dealer might be incentivized to do so but how much of it goes on who knows.

I get why any news outlet would put betonline for the title/focus site for their article since a logo from BOL is blasted right on the table from the person who recorded it and I titled this thread that way too because I was also bringing up Beckley but still news media should be looking more into things before they put out such articles out.

BetOnline also changed live dealer sites days before this video leaked and no media site even looked into that so for any writer to say "It will be a long time before this dealer is working on a live dealer site for betonline is irrelevant". It also shows zero research when into such an article. Haley isn't the only one to cover this without doing any research.

How do you count a 6/8 deck shoe that has 25% deck penetration ????????

    ^^^

    Exactly!

I mentioned what the deck was earlier.

They formerly used a 50% shuffle but a few weeks changed it prior to BOL leaving this live dealer network.

This is what it said it chat clipped by me:

There are devices that can detect the first/second/third card in a deck and then spit it out. It was posted on reddit in the r/poker sub after this story originally broke out.

The one I saw had what looked like a smartphone sitting on the same table as the deck, and then it was outputting the cards in order from top to bottom.

There's a strong incentive for this technology. I bet the most efficient way of doing it hasn't been released publicly for obvious reasons.

I would be skeptical in every home card game.

I don't know about the sport side of b.o.l Couse sports are for fags but as far as cards are concerned b.o.l is very suspect!!

Any site that would ask you to literally rake thousand$ over a $10 poker bonus is suspect to say the least.
