Seven Magic Mountains art exhibit, 25 miles south of Vegas

About 9 months ago, an art exhibit started in the Nevada desert, near the town of Jean.

It's called "Seven Magic Mountains", and it's an exhibit of fake, colorful neon "rocks" stacked into 7 towers.

    They're about 40 feet tall.

It's an interesting stop if you're passing through, but not worth the 50 mile round trip from Vegas.

Here are some pictures I took while there on a cold day:

To get there from Vegas: Follow I-15 S to Sloan Rd (exit 25). Turn left (east) to Las Vegas Boulevard. Drive approximately 7 miles south on Las Vegas Blvd. and the artwork will appear on your left (east).

To get there from the south (LA/wherever): Drive north on I-15 to Jean, NV (exit 12). Turn right (east) on NV-161 toward Las Vegas Blvd. Drive approximately 5 miles north on Las Vegas Blvd. and the artwork will appear on your right (east).

Is there a shirt under that jacket because it appears not and if so its a V neck which is a whole other subject.

On a side note cool train!

The shirt/jacket thing looks odd because of the angle of the picture, but it's not a V-neck shirt. It's just a regular polo type shirt and it just happened that the zipper of the jacket stops where the shirt is buttoned down.

I'm not even sure why the zipper isn't all the way up because it was freezing (like 35 degrees and windy, which is cold by Vegas standards), but I just threw the jacket on quickly and probably didn't notice.

I took the selfie because of the train going by, which isn't even too common in that area.

There are some tracks in the area, obviously dating back many years, but trains aren't that common.

I don't know how often they run, but on the average drive to/from Vegas from LA, you don't see any trains.

Cool, I suppose the only time I saw a train in the desert was in a western style movie. Just funny to see a modern train in a desert pic

I'm just about to turn 45. Can't stay young forever.

However, if you would like to make a bet, we can find a forum which knows neither of us and post this same picture, and ask everyone to guess my age. If the average is less than 44.5, I win. If the average is 44.5 or more, you win. Let me know if you want to do this.

JFC dude. I'm just saying you're not aging very well. Not trolling, just an observation.

I don't think you're trolling, though I don't understand the need for the rude comment, especially since you've never posted one pic of yourself.

But that aside, I also don't think I look over 45, which is my actual age. My offer for the bet was legitimate if you disagree with this assessment.

He looks fine for his age in fact even shave a few years with a light tan, trim and hair styling.

That is him in natural light, raw, real, make-up free, dye and gel free, damn good for 45.

All I'm saying, for a guy who doesn't drink, smoke, or do drugs...

    Todd isn't exactly aging gracefully

Okay, I'm just fucking with you. I wanted to see if your reaction would be the same as when Tyde said it here: http://pokerfraudalert.com/forum/sho...s-Valley/page2
