Attorneys don't really chase ambulances. Here is how it works: The attorney gives his business card to the cops, firemen and EMTs. At the scene the EMT (or whoever) tells the victim that they need a lawyer. Inevitably the victim asks if they know anyone good. The business card is then given to the victim. This actually happened lol, well "allegedly".THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik tony Nguyen, a high profile personal injury attorney in Austin, has been cheating players 10’s of thousands of dollars out of the underground poker scene in Austin. He partnered with a dealer and used a device called a poker scanner to cheat the game. The device uses a cell phone looking upc scanner device, an earpiece which is hidden under big earphones which poker players commonly use, and a normal looking deck of cards that the dealer used that has upc codes micro printed on all for sides of the deck. Once the deck was shuffled the device would let him know which seat at the table had the best and second best hands. You can see a video on youtube of the device under ‘poker scanner video’. I have a feeling this guy might end up in the nightly news soon.

JG Wentworth isn't a lawyer dude. It's a company that buys up annuities partly or in full for those getting money over an extended period. It's basically a reverse loan situation. They pay a chunk knowing they will make money on the backend. The old time value of money thing.
In 2012, I won a "captioning" contest in the Las Vegas Sun for a political cartoon. Mine likely won because I referenced Glen Lerner who is so well known in Vegas.
(Berkley and Heller were running for Congress in the Vegas district.)
