If you didn't already know after you complete a trip you rate your driver, but your driver also rates you. If the driver's rating falls below a certain point they get kicked off the system (it differs by city but they usually can't dip below 4.6 or 4.5). As a passenger you won't get kicked out for having a low rating, but having a low rating will cause more drivers to reject your ping which makes it more difficult to get picked up (which means longer wait times).

My uber rating is 4.84. My 2016 year to date stats on # rides taken:
Uber: 64 rides
Lyft: 55 rides
I don't think you can find out your Lyft passenger rating online (unless you ask your driver).
