we deliver for a place called Farrow and Ball, they're a high end paint distributor. $100 a gallon.

Pooh, is your mansion being painted with $100 a gallon paint.

That's a good one. We're going to have some decently nice things in the house but $100 a gallon paint isn't one of them. Sherwin-Williams I believe is what they use.

the suburb houses i've taken these things to (one time took 30 gallons) are HUGE and the ones that aren't, like the one i went to a few weeks ago, are older than prohibition. The ones in the city are usually the nice condos on north lake shore drive etc.

Ok so you've got $$, but you're not on old rich white guy money.

Now we know why Pooh can afford a Bellagio suite in 2017.

    Insurance is the best, eh?

Fireplace looks like something Michael Angelo would have.

Realistically, Liberace would have liked it.

I'd guess a lot less than you'd think if you installed it on a new build. Probably considerably less than ten grand.

That precast mantle I posted is around 15k. My bar that is going in that room is around 20 or 25k but it has quite a bit of cabinetry and granite. Only things we're trying to go cheap skate on, relatively speaking, is the landscaping by going with less mature trees etc but we're still forced to spend probably 50k. We have 65k in our proposal for it. A lot of things have been going more since I keep adding shit.

I fucked up. I should have put in a golf simulator room. I'm regretting it a little now but it's too late. Fuck it. Can't have everything.
