Poland player Kitrajwgacie raises, then fellow poland player reraises all in. He is getting more than 2 to 1 pot odds which is a call. He folds immediately. Look at pot odds. He is getting better than 2 to 1 which is a call almost everytime. Yet against a shortstack poland player he folds immediately. Sweetxchild reshoves with 8bb stack. Yet kitrajwgacie folds getting huge pot odds. Don't even give me any excuse on this.

More strange plays from the 2 poland players. Poland player KitrajWgacie raises the button to protect sweetxchild from the SB raising all in. So sweetchild flats the raise. Look at the flop, turn and river. Do i even need to explain anything here? Why is Kitrajwgacie min betting the flop and then the turn? He does not play like this against nonpoles. He would be continuation betting a lot bigger than this. Then on the turn he makes top pair. So what does he do? He bets but bets the minimum. Are you kidding me? He could take more chips from sweetxchild if he bets more but he doesn't. Against any non poland player he would bet bigger here to get value. Then look at the river... check, check. Now what if the river was a low card. You know what kitrajwgacie do there? He probably would bet the minimum again. Why? Because that would show hey i play aggressive against my fellow poland players when its basically betting the minimum to make it look like we do play pots against one another. How many times are you going to allow this stuff to happen? Go find me stuff like this where these guys bet the minimum on the flop and turn etc against nonpoles. This is beyond disgusting.

Kitrajwgacie shoving very wide and playing super aggressive once sweetxchild is at the table. Does he shove this much times by himself without poland players? No he doesnt. He literally shoves every hand after this once he is button and sweetchild is in the BB so the nonpoland sb won't be able to shove all in.

i like your determination here, keep it up

  3. #43
Anyone else feel free to give a response to this. Basically every single poster who has posted on this thread believes there is cheating/softplaying going on.

When Dan Druff agrees with this, its obvious there is cheating going on.

  4. #44
And yet these players are still softplaying against their fellow poland players.

Anyone else can feel free to chime in on this.

Everyone so far who posted on this forum agrees there is cheating going on.

  5. #45
Hey guys look at this and give me your comments.

Look at the final table especially when it gets 3 handed between me, KitrajWgacie and Kastyriel.

Look at the comment KitrajWgacie makes at the beginning of the final table and also when it gets 3 handed. Look at the comment by poland player gwaltirk as well.

This is before the final table of the 180 man. Look at this comment by poland player gwaltikrk. He says inspector of cheating. So a player i rarely played with knows about me accusing poland players are cheating. I looked at his stats and his stats are very loose. There is a very good chance this player is multiaccounting. You telling me this isn't suspicious at all? Also when we got to the final table, there were 3 poland players... gwaltirk, kitrajwgacie and kastyriel.

Look at these comments by Kitrajwagacie. He basically is saying im surrounded by poland players as there is him, kastyriel and gwaltikrik. You think this is appropriate or you going to continue to allow this BS to continue? Anyone else that plays in this table is at a huge advantage since there are 3 poland players in the same final table.

First off, we see KitrajWgacie min raising utg while I'm in the BB and fellow poland player Kastyriel is in the SB. So what does Kastyriel does... flat in the SB. Yes thats right so that way its going to be 2 on 1.
I reshove and both obviously fold. First off, anyone that knows about poker knows that you rarely flat call a raise in the SB with shorter stacks. Yet poland player Kastyriel has no issue with this as he has protection since if i call, i would be stuck in the middle of 2 poland players. What would happen if i flat call there? Obviously its going to go bet and then flat call or bet and then raise. If i bet or raise postflop, 100 percent either both players fold or both players call. They also time bank a lot when in these situations compared to when they are by themselves.

Look at this hand. First off, Kastyriel raises with AK which is normal. Then suddenly Kitraj 3bets the absolute minimum. When i saw this, i knew it was going to be fishy business. This is basically the 3bet isolation play to make sure a poland player wins the pot as anyone else wouldnt come into this pot without a big hand. Then Kastyriel just flat calls the min 3bet with AKo. First off, against any other nonpoland player, he would be rejamming all in. Look at his stack size. He should not be doing anything besides reraising or rejamming. Fine he calls preflop. He flops top pair, top kicker. He checks, then KitrajWgacie decides to bet. Well you know what happens when he bets right? Its going to be a very tiny bet compared to his bet size vs nonpoland players. The only time he bets big along with other poland players is to tell them to fold... because he has a big hand. So here he bets 7,000 chips the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM.

You know it and I know it. They do not make bet sizes like this against nonpoland players. He would either bet a standard size or just check. Betting the absolute minimum huh? By betting the minimum, it will trick your security team into thinking look they are betting into one another... the exception being its the absolute minimum or very small. Kastyriel calls the minimum flop contiuation bet. The turn comes. Kasty checks, KitrajWgacie bets again. Yet look how much he bets... the absolute minimum. This means if he wants to get chips, he doesn't want to get the entire other poland players stack. Their bet sizing is much smaller and more passive play when playing against other poland players. So what happens here? Kastyriel check raises the turn. But look at his check raise size. He check raises 7000 to 21000. Yes that is 3x the bet amount. But you compare that to the entire pot, that is not normal. Your security team probably look at that check raise and think its fine when its a huge red flag when you compare it to the actual size of the pot. Basically if this was AK vs AQ, this pot isn't even going to get all in between these players. Against any nonpoland player if he did check raise there, it would be to at least 30000 at the absolute minimum. KitrajWgacie calls the check raise.

Then the river comes. Sure now a straight is possible if someone has a 5. There are zero flush draws or flushes possible in this board. Yet Kastyriel decides to check the river? There are no 5's in KitrajWgacie range since he reraised. So this is a very clear river bet. But if he did bet this river, he probably would bet something like ridiculous like 1/10 or 1/5th the pot since he doesn't want to take his fellow poland players entire stack and that would be his excuse to your security team when asked why did you check the river. This is cheating/collusion. Your security team probably looks at this and says... well look they did get into a pot with one another. The truth is they get into tiny pots and bet very small and by doing this, your security team would detect and say... hey they do play pots against one another. This is plain collusion. Now let say the river was anything else. If kastyriel checked the river or bet the minimum, then Kitraj just flat calls, you don't think that is cheating? Kastyriel should be winning most of Kitrajwgacie stack. What if the river was an ace. If it went check, check or bet the minimum 7,000 chips and flat call, you going to say that is NOT CHEATING? This is going on OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT.

I know your security team will look at this and say hey look these 2 poland players did get it all in against one another here. First off, this is completely standard where raising with AQ and getting reshoved all in, this is a standard call. These poland players are not stupid at making raise folds like this otherwise they would be caught a lot time ago.

Look at what happens when we get 3 handed. Kastryriel keeps limping on the button when im the short stack when KitrajWgacie is in the BB. Since limping in the button would discourage me from limping since it would be 2 on 1 postflop. I already showed you tons of hand histories where they play much different when 3 handed and 2 poles vs 1 nonpole. So i reshove everytime. He does not play like this when he is by himself without a fellow poland player at the table. Poland players make limps on the button when short handed and never do this when by themselves.

Kastyriel limps on the button since it would be hard for me to win the pot since its 2 on 1 if i call in the SB. I obviously shove here and of course both players fold. Look at kastyriel's playing history. He does not make limps like this on the button especially multiple times shorthanded when its only him at the table. I fold button. Kitrajwgacie limps. First off its obvious what is going to happen. kitrajwgacie will bet flop and either kastyriel will fold or kitrajwgacie will bet flop, get called, then fire turn and then kasty will fold. Why? Look at the chip stacks. Who needs more chips here? Kitrajwgacie does so they are chip balancing. The best way to get rid of the nonpole is to have 2 balanced stacks against the nonpoland player.

Kitrajwgacie limps in the SB. Flop goes check, check. Turn goes bet and call. Now on the river, theres a possible straight. Kitrajwgacie bets the river. Now kastyriel decides to give a very tiny raise on the river? Kitrajwgacie then calls. What does he have? He has the nut straight. First off, lets look at this hand. Kastyriel has a5 in the BB. You think if the SB was a nonpoland player who limped the sb... u think Kastyriel would check the BB with A5? Of course not. He would be raising the limper. Of course here he isn't since his fellow poland friend is a short stack just like me. Now look at this. Why in the world did he raise the river that small? And why did kitrajwgacie only called the river with the 2nd nuts? There are no possible flushes possible? The only hand Kitrajwgacie loses to would be J8. And the thing is this. So why did he not reraise the river? I know your reason would be its the 2nd nuts but thats not a good excuse. Now what if he had J8 instead and just called the raise on the river? Are you going to take action or you going to make up another excuse? And the funny thing about this was i noticed if kastyriel was to bluff, there is no way he would raise the river that small. The only reason he did that was to dump some chips to kitrajwgacie as kitrajwgacie is the shorter stack just like me here. Very damn good chance they were on skype while this final table started. Against any nonpoland player, Kastyriel would be raising the SB limp in the BB with A5. Its not a premium hand but anyone knows that is a raise to a small blind limp.

You better have a DAMN good explanation for this. After Kitrajwgacie is tiny short stack here with 3bb in the SB. Im in the button with a bad hand. I debated even raising this since if i dont, then most likely what would happen is Kitrajwgacie would shove all in and Kastyriel getting HUGE POT ODDS would fold. What usually happens here is if the button raises and the SB calls the all in, the BB would call with any 2 cards since it would give both players a good chance to bust the short stack to finish in 3rd place.

This situation is completely different since its 2 poland players at the table. I didn't think Kastyriel would have the nerve to fold getting huge pot odds in the BB. What does Kastyriel do? He folded for less than 2bb while already being committed with 1bb as he was the bb with the antes etc. This is basically any 2 card call and you know it. I want a good damn explanation for this.

If i shoved the sb in this position, Kastyriel will 100 percent call with any 2 cards since he has the pots odds to call with any 2 cards. This is clear cheating.

Notice what happens when kitrajwgacie is in the BB and kastyriel is in the button but kitrajwgacie is the short stack here. kastyriel does not limp or raise not even once. Why? Because he does not want to bust kitrajwgacie. So everytime kastyriel was button, he folded every single time when kitrajwgacie was in the BB. Yet compared this to earlier when i was short stack. He limped multiple times trying to make it 2 on 1.

Kitrajwgacie with 8bb shoves in the SB. Kastyriel folds. Yes Kastyriel most likely have a bad hand here. But if he had anything decent, this is a call. If he had q7 or better its a call. He better had a very bad hand. If he had any king or queen, this is cheating.

Few hands i noticed kitrajwgacie was in the sb and then folded with a short stack to kastyriel. I want to know if everytime kitrajwgacie folded in the SB, did Kastyriel have a big hand? If so, that is grounds for their accounts banned.

Here, Kastyriel does reshove all in against Kitrajwgacie 8bb shove on the button and busts him. However, he 100 percent has to do this otherwise you guys are going to have 100 percent evidence on him making a fold with 10s there. I have said this multiple times. These poland players are very clever. They are not going to make some very very fishy plays like folding 10s here otherwise you guys would have banned them a long time ago.

You guys can clearly look at these poland players and notice their vpip and pfr stats have all changed considerably and they play much different with each other.

Your security team better give me a damn good reason for their play at the final table especially when it gets 3 handed. This is the exact thing that happened last time between Hand72o and Browarfans when both players had AA and KQ and effective stack of 12bb and the guy with AA just checked the turn and river and REFUSED to bet to keep fellow poland player Browarfans in the game to keep it 2 poland players vs me.

    Securitys response

The most important part of any review is to look at the hands played between the suspects. When reviewing tournament play for possible collusion we check for the following:

    1) Best hand playing - where colluding players play only the better of their two hands.

    2) Soft playing - where colluding players refuse to play aggressively against each other. For example they may check or fold against each other where they would normally bet or raise against a stranger.

    3) Chip dumping/Stack balancing - where the large stack folds to the small stack to balance their chips. The idea is to improve the chances of both players finishing in money positions in a tournament.

We found no evidence of any of this suspicious play, in tournament #1914120721 or any other recent tournament played together. We did find numerous examples of all-in confrontations, unbalancing of stacks and worse hand play. This included hand #170465244717 (posted below) where 'KitrajWgacie' goes all-in with ace-nine and 'Kastyriel' calls while holding pocket tens - a dominant position. The result of the hand is that 'Kastyriel' eliminates 'KitrajWgacie' and you were left heads up in the tournament against 'Kastyriel'. This confrontation clearly has no advantage to a "team" and demonstrates that they were not working together.

So basically they said, hey the guy with pocket tens called the all in against a9 and because of that, there is no softplaying. Yet all those hand histories i posted above where a lot looked funny, no comment on it. The point of this is their system is broken. You get it all in against each other for 5bb each... they ignore everything else. They didnt even comment on those 3 obvious softplaying hands which includes folding ridiculous pot odds to a 2BB shove from the SB and of course the a7 vs ak hand where hands like that does not happen when you look at the bet sizing. No one bets like that. They only bet like that when by themselves. They basically avoided each other and chip balanced until they couldnt.

Dan Druff and anyone else, what are your thoughts on this?

  7. #47
They did not respond back to this. They told me they will send me 20+ hand histories of 2 players going all in preflop for 50bb or more. Thats easy AK vs QQ preflop all in. Yet this does not happen between these players. And because of that, thats why pokerstars did send me the proof because they probably have a tough time finding it. All they could find is 2 players going all in for 3bb or something ridiculous and because of that, they are not cheating. Basically if you go all in for 3bb with a fellow cheater, thats enough for them to dismiss you from everything else.

Anyone else have thoughts on this? So far every response from a user here says this is cheating 100 percent.

I don't think you're ever going to get a resolution to this. Stars are too stubborn.

But I do wish you well.

What kind of outcome do you hope you'll get from this?
