How old were you when you moved out of your parents house?

Not including college, How old were you when you left the nest?

My brother is approaching 30 and still lives at home with my parents. He has a decent job and could definitely afford to have his own place. What is the malfunction, ive asked him and he says he can't afford it.

My sister left when she was 19. I left for college, moved back in after i graduated for 10 months and then left.

How weird... I just chose that question for my Wells Fargo password reset Q&A.

    What a coincidence!

So the people that moved out under 22 didn't attend college.

I'm in my 40's and still live with my parents. I get 2G speed internet for $20 a month with T-Mobile broadband but I get 5% back with the U.S Bank signature card, so I only really pay $19 a month. I save $12 a year this way. I am really proud of that. I shut off images here and alot of other sites to save my MB's. I only get 2GB and than I am throttled to about 110 kbps. When I am throttled it is a good thing that I shut off images. Because it takes more time.

I moved out at 18 and went to college?

Moved into an apartment and never moved home like any normal adult would/should.

Well I did say besides college. Cause you come home for the summer and winter break in dorm life...unless you were rocking an apartment instead.

I am 27 and alot of my friends still live at home but I do reside in boston. It's tough to find affordable housing. I currently pay $1700 a month for a studio loft and that is on the cheaper side of the spectrum. You can get a decent house in an affluent boston suburb for $1700 a month mortage.

    18. Mom had a rule that you either live in the dorms or got an apt. I guess it was to make you more independent or something, but its not like she was a dick about it or anything.

My parents turned my room into a home office the day after I moved out. This made me think of that.

Are you a white man living in Hong kong? If so, that must be interesting.
