I've had Gorilla Glue 4 in Michigan. Do they just use the name in different places, or is it somehow the same seed?

It's actually from clones. Thing is though, GG4 is one of the most faked strains on the market right now. When it one the Cannabis Cup in LA in 2014 there were supposed cuts passed out in abundance of what was thought to be the original GG4. It was a fake cut and it's mainly the cut that everyone grows. We have the real cut straight from the original source. As you can see from the pic above, it's extremely resinous, unlike the fake cut.
You can clone a plant for a long, long time. For example... I know AJ, the originator of Chemdawg 91 and Sour Diesel... He's been growing those same 2 phenos since 1991 and they're still as killer as they were back in the day. Some strains will lose viability over time, but most you can clone for decades.

Nevada and California have passed recreational marijuana. Hopefully our new lord doesn't shut it all down.
Congratulations, hard work pays off and you deserve it. Proud of you, brother. Hopefully see you in a couple weeks.
Congrats man!
Slightly bummed AZ didn't pass, but we still have our medical, and our dispensary group just won another license in Phoenix, so bound to stay busy these next few years until it comes for vote again.
Gotta admit I was surprised it failed myself.. Voted for it as did the wife.. I honestly figured the backlash with the asinine BS Anti-205 commercials being run by the alcohol industry, drug companies etc who were pulling the old Shelly Adelson play of itll harm the kids (but itll harm my bottom line more truth be told). Then again Mesa also fucking failed to pass Question 1 which was a temp increase in sales tax for Fire/EMS and Police.. Fucking Mormons screwed the rest of us non-magic underwear types yet again.. Oh well.. Likely by the time the vote comes back up Ill be back east..
Oh for those who may not have heard.. The voters in Maricopa County also voted to send Sheriff Joe into Retirement.. Apparently they'd rather have a wife beater as Sheriff then a guy who enforced the laws much to the chagrin and ire of the Feds..
Vegas, few AMA style questions at this point if youre bored...:
Do you feel Trump's aggressively pro "law and order" stance impacts your Obama-era risk assessments?
At what point would you consider shutting down the shop?
What would be the material cost of shutting the doors, assuming no buyers could be found for the gear?
I'm aware of the state-level mandates btw but under Obama, he basically put a collar on the federal stormtroopers. Trump's been vague about specifics with marijuana but hes been profoundly consistent and literal regarding his alignment with federal agenda/agencies. Curious where you see things heading on this front, given that more than anyone else on this forum, you have a vested interest in assessing this administrations policy/stance.

"America is not so much a nightmare as a non-dream. The American non-dream is precisely a move to wipe the dream out of existence. The dream is a spontaneous happening and therefore dangerous to a control system set up by the non-dreamers." -- William S. Burroughs
Last night was the most bittersweet night of my life for exactly this reason. This should have been one of the best nights of my life, instead it's left us all feeling like we have a cloud hanging over our heads. His election basically creates a giant question mark with what will happen next.Vegas, few AMA style questions at this point if youre bored...:

Typical Trump dialogue regarding marijuana:
Supports medical marijuana 100%
Supports states rights regarding marijuana, BUT is quoted as saying "Colorado is a big problem".
This leaves shit way up in the air. If he appoints either Chris Christie or Rudolph Giuliani as AG I'm fairly certain we are fucked. Not to mention, the house and senate are majority republican now, and that does not bode well for us either.
What I am hoping and praying for is he stays true to his original stance on states rights, especially considering more than 60% of Americans support legalized marijuana, and he advises his new AG to leave us alone. I am EXTREMELY concerned about this obv.
I wouldn't. We would have to be shut down by the feds for this to happen. We are extremely compliant and transparent and have been thoroughly vetted by the state and all jurisdictions we reside in and sell to. We literally have gone through the toughest licensing process in the history of business in the United States. There is no reason to ever shut down unless the federal government imposes their possible new found will.At what point would you consider shutting down the shop?
Too much to even consider. There would be no US buyers either considering what I wrote above. What would be the material cost of shutting the doors, assuming no buyers could be found for the gear?
My gut is telling me after the wave of positive votes yesterday they (Trump and crew) will do the right thing and leave things as is and let it all play out, at least for the first 2 years of his presidency. What concerns me though is that all of the states that went rec yesterday (as well as CO) also went Dem, so he might have a vindictive attitude towards those states. Time will tell.I'm aware of the state-level mandates btw but under Obama, he basically put a collar on the federal stormtroopers.
