Do casinos provide security that enable douchebags to act aggressively/make threats without getting beat up?

Been playing NL games in CA and I've witnessed several scrawny old 60+ year old men picking fights with young grinders who are twice their body weight.

Examples:

-Middle Eastern man in his sixties gets his KK cracked by some garbage hand like Q4s. Middle Eastern man starts cursing at the grinder for playing Q4s, telling him to go to hell and that he will personally kill him to send him there. They are sitting next to each other and the old man is up in the young guy's face.

-On another occasion, different young grinder 3bets a different old guy for the third time in an hour. Grinder is a body builder, roughly 6'4 and 280 pounds. Old guy is around 5'6 and 120 pounds. Old guy is sitting right next to young guy (they're in s5 and s6) and tells the young guy "You piece of ****, keep raising, I'll see you in the parking lot later". Young guy replies "WTF did you say?" Old guy stands up and says "Let's go outside!"

On both occasions the young grinders maintained their cool and just called the floor. I was surprised they didn't get more aggressive. Are they worried about getting banned from the casino since that's where they make their living, and also because security is around the corner? And the old men are also aware of that and taking advantage of this protection?

I would imagine if the old men did that to a random guy at the bar or on the street he would get knocked the F out.

I had a family friend who was kind of like this. He was a tough Italian dude who played pro baseball back in the 40's. When he was 80 years old with several fused vertebrae he still thought he could beat up young punks. I think some people get used to being tough and able to kick ass and just never lose that mindset.

I have been in 3 altercations with dickheads playing live.1st one it was vs two guys who were around 18 i was around 30. After listening to them talk shit to me for an hour or so I finally offered to fight them both at same time in the parking lot but they declined. They didn't say another word to me.2nd guy was around 35, he would not stop fucking with this dealer, the kid was new but this guy would not stop riding him. I told him to stfu he told me to fuck my mother I offered him a trip to the parking lot, he declined also. 3rd guy was some mid 40's db fish who was in for at least 10 buy ins. He invited me out to the parking lot, I declined because I wasn't even mad + he was just punting off stacks.

A 60ish regular got really pissed off by these 2 kids in there mid 20s and got in there faces about how they were treating the bartender. I could tell this older gentlemen was a tough knock around guy in his day but father time had come....so he's calling these guys cock suckers, mothers a whore, tells em to come outside.

So these pours outside and these young guys think it's all a joke. This older gentleman winds up and throws a huge telegraphed right kid evades and crushed him with a clean cross on the jaw and crumbled him. He then proceeds to kick the guy twice in the face when he was knocked out.

I took exception to this and as I grew up boxing for 10+ years and have never been afraid of anyone so I jumped in. I exchange with this kid and let's just say I learned a lesson....don't get involved. He hit hard, fast and was efficient.

On the flip side of this, in college one of my fraternity brothers was in a Waffle House late one night, very drunk and acting obnoxious. He could really be an asshole and probably deserved to have someone punch him. An old guy with one of those big gold medallion necklaces took offense and wanted to fight him. My friend would have absolutely killed the old man, so fortunately he just heckled him mercilessly instead. The only part I remember is he pointed at the old man's necklace and told him he had a necklace with a piece of gold twice that big....
