I automatically want to figure the math. What's the odds of a single person getting $1? Say there's 20 spots, $.05 to $1.00. The odds of getting the $1 first spin is an easy 1/20. Odds on the second spin would also be 1/20 right? So if 20 people go, 1.95 would be expected to get $1. Convert to fraction 195/2000 or 39/400.
So 39/400 X 39/400 X 39/400 tells us the odds of 3 in a row is slightly less than 1/1000, at .9269%
