Also, (and this is the gods honest truth) I have never listened to any poker podcast of any kind other than when Witteles plays a clip of one on the fraud station. I didn't even know Chicago Johnny the podcast host was tweeting me last night.
We are trying to keep radio from getting stale. We don't do the poker guest thing. We haven't for a long time. But this will be a funny entertaining segment even if his behavior on the Bristol Channel tilted you.

Also our fraud poker room manager Belly Buster went on holiday to Auckland recently with Kassouf and their respective ladies. So there is also that pfa connection too.
looking forward to the show! thanks Drexel
Kassooof? God bless you!
I remember at least a year ago Seriously Serious took issue with me calling Chicago Johnny's podcast obscure. I first heard of it when he had Haralabob on there. Since then I've listened to some of his shows when I liked the guests and they were great. His Tommy Angelo and Viffer shows come to mind for me as far as being good. He's a likeable enough fella. Some of us like softball. I sure as hell like it more than awkward interviews.
edit: obviously with viffer it will always be awkward to a certain degree. Nothing can be done about that.

Badguy should call in and put this fucking douche bag in his place.
107 minutes of staring at that dope is the most powerful argument for the radio format.
I gotta save this for the car. I get this snap desire to wipe that vacant smirk off his face with one shot.
It's either my way or OSA's way.
They aren't softball questions. Kid is just not that bright.
Sanlmar, only PFA has the bragging rights as having podcast hosts that are bright, and have the ability to make OSA hard in the pants.

Great interview. Thought he was a douche while watching him at table , but came off likable on the show. Taly hoe.
Seen Kassouff a few times at The Vic, where I play almost daily. Seems like a good lad.
The PokerLife podcast with Viffer was awful.
Viffer has this mumbling schtick but combined with Chicago Joey who is an aimless mumbler himself it was dreadful.
Does Joey do ANY show prep?
Viffer does talk about the difference between Vegas during the boom and now in terms of action and the life. Not worth wading through this podcast but it was a little bit interesting to hear it first hand from Viffer.
You owe me BGC. You're better than this.
I have say that initially, I thought Will was a major douche
but he kinda grew on me, and I started to think about the strat he is using...which is actually quite brilliant
Yes of course he is annoying, but he knows he is being annoying
The stalling aspect of his game is well within his rights, and he is spot on saying he wasn't breaking the rules.
He clearly knew that he was tilting everyone at the table, and I have to give him major props for executing his game plan to perfection.
I just watched the last 2 episodes of the main event, and I'm officially a fan
Oh and FUCK JohnnyBax aka Cliff Josephy....he has always been a complete asshole.
I played on his table many times on Stars and he was always a rude jerkoff
epic run for Will Kassouf
WP tilting the shit out of Bax
That woman was an idiot! Why the *fuck* would an *opponent* in the WSOP Main Event give two shits if you make a fool out of yourself in that situation? It's *poker*, not a Kumbaya session!!
Also, a classic example of when an opponent is lying is when they voluntarily keep repeating the lie, as if repeating it so the person can hear it more often will convince them that it's the truth.
But learning how this guy psychologically plays the game, I can understand how he spins up a buyin up to multiples against low limit players. A lot of them fall for those moves, and them easily tilt against talkers like Kassouf. But he's likely to not do as well against mid-stakes players who are more familiar with such tricks. So, sticking with lower limit games as he discussed in the PFA interview might be a better game-selection strategy.
Jesus Christ
Mumbles is literally worse that Sonny ever was
for the love of God, post restrict this idiot already
