bolgna in general is just a disgusting looking, smelling and tasting deli meat. In my teenage/broke/living on my own days I used to buy it and the only way I thought it was edible was if it was cooked. I did not however try slicing it to rotate pieces and avoid gaps in my sammich so I guess, as sonatine would say, my bishops were not fully activated.

Bologna sandwiches and weiners and beans were mainstays of my meals as a kid. I can safely say bologna has made me who I am today
