Today marks the start of the UEFA Euro 2012 football (soccer) tournament.
The four-yearly tournament is held for the first time in Eastern Europe, being jointly hosted by Poland and Ukraine.
14 national teams qualified and join the 2 host countries to form four groups of four teams to play each other; winners and runners up of each group will go through to the knockout stage, with the final being played on 1st July.

Group A is a snoozefest. Group B matches tomorrow will be alot more interesting.
