I felt it was my responsibility to disclose this, given his history with not-so-honest dealings regarding loans/stakes.

To his credit, he immediately let me know who he was upon his signing up for the site. So if he were really here to scam people under a new identity, he wouldn't have volunteered this to me.

In general, my policy is to not "out" people under new names, because I feel most people deserve a "fresh start" if they said some things they regret on other sites.

However, in the case of people with reasonable accusations against them in the past regarding scamming, I feel it's important to let the community know when such people switch names.

I apologize for not posting this sooner. At first I was planning to keep quiet about it, as I had for everyone else with new names here, but then today I realized that was a mistake.

He is not going to be banned or restricted, but I just wanted to disclose who he is.

Don't know about Hockey Guy or Peter McNeil. If they are new names, I don't know who they were before. Even if I did know, I wouldn't out them.
