Basically all my vitals are perfect, but what amazed me was my blood pressure. I have actually put on 10 lbs the last couple years, so I was bracing for bad blood pressure. But when I got tested I was at 114 / 74. Statistically its basically perfect. And despite reckless drinking over the years, my liver vitals were fine and blood sugar right in line.
Essentially I am a beacon of health. I hope others can say the same thing here. I doubt it though, many on here live a sinister lifestyle, I am quite sure there are plenty 170-100 BP and borderline adult diabetics. I have never been a smoker, drugger, and eat lots of lean meat and veggies, here again, a lifestyle pretty foreign on this board.
